ACI MASTER CONTROL SYSTEM: Regardless of the chassis manufacture, ACI installs the same electrical control system in all units. The system is not tied to the chassis computer system in any way. The master air and electrical distribution box have all components enclosed in one box. This feeds the master control center, which includes all switches to operate the PTO's, crane, and compressor speed controls plus all lights. If you have an electrical problem, it will be isolated in one of two control boxes. |

Each unit is equipped with a system which will disengage the PTO if the air brakes are released, making it impossible to drive the truck with the PTO engaged. The master control panel includes an hour meter for the crane and compressor systems. |
