These units have been completely dismantled, sandblasted and painted with Emron 5000 paint, reassembled including all new hydraulic hose, fittings, bearings, bushings, and pins as needed. All pin collars are line-bored for accurate pin alignment. All cylinders have been inspected and resealed (this crane is covered by ACI warranty, one year on parts and defective material, 30 days on labor). |

In the process we completely dismantle the unit and replace the main bearing, rings, intake and exhaust valves, pilot control valve, air filters and any other parts that show wear or need to be replaced so that new warranty can be put on each unit. The hydraulic drive motors are remanufactured or replaced with new and all drive belts are replaced with new. We use all new air tanks and hose reels.
