The hydraulically powered Hydrapak Cooler has revolutionized the oil cooling requirements. This system is utilizing less than 6-gallons of hydraulic oil. This has replaced the need of 60 plus gallons, which are being used by other manufacturers. Hydraulic oil temperature will not exceed 40 degrees over ambient temperature. Cool operation hydraulic systems will provide a longer life and less down time for the system. |

ACI has developed an inflation box that is properly designed for the OTR service requirements; it is equipped with two 1/2'' air hose reels, an inflation/deflation valve with muffler, two external work lights, one internal work light, one large bore inflator adaptor tool, air line moisture separator, requlator and oiler system. It is also equipped with one 1/4'' by 6-foot air line and two new ball valve style quick couplers. The ACI inflation-deflation station is a compact ship out unit, which can easily be installed on current service trucks by simply connecting one airline and one 12-volt wire. |

The right hand reel is dedicated to the use of air impact tools. The air passes through the moisture separator, air regulator, and oiler system. |

The left hand reel is dedicated to the tire inflation and deflation process; the air is regulated before entering the reel. The deflation/inflation control valve is one handle, three position system. You can inflate or deflate the tire, plus check the air pressure in the tire at anytime during the inflation process. this system complies with the MSHAW requirement for the process of deflating OTR tires. |
